1. はじめに
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SocialMediaIsMine（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約は、App Store 版（iOS / iPadOS）と Google Play 版（Android）の両方に適用されます。
2. サービスの内容
本アプリは、Instagram・YouTube・X・Facebookのウェブ版を専用ブラウザ内で表示し、CSSおよびJavaScriptによるフィルタリングを通じてフィードのフィルタリング機能を提供します。主な機能は以下の通りです：
- Instagram: 「フォロー中」のフィードでの表示、リール導線の非表示、検索画面のおすすめ非表示
- YouTube: Shorts動画の非表示、Shortsタブの非表示、コミュニティ投稿の非表示
- Facebook: 「フォロー中」のフィードでの表示
- X: 「フォロー中」のタイムラインでの表示、「おすすめ」タブの非表示、トレンドの非表示、X プレミアム導線の非表示
3. サブスクリプション
本アプリはサブスクリプション（月額プラン）で提供されます。
- 無料トライアル: 初回登録時に7日間の無料トライアルをご利用いただけます。
- 自動更新: サブスクリプションは、現在の期間の終了日の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り、自動的に更新されます。
- 課金: お支払いは、App Store 版は Apple ID アカウントに、Google Play 版は Google アカウントに請求されます。更新料金は、現在の期間終了前24時間以内に請求されます。
- 管理・キャンセル: サブスクリプションの管理およびキャンセルは、App Store 版は 設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション から、Google Play 版は Google Play ストアアプリ → メニュー → 定期購入 から行えます。
- 無料トライアルの失効: 無料トライアル期間の未使用分は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
4. 免責事項
- 本アプリは、Instagram・YouTube・X・Facebookのウェブサイト構造に依存して動作します。これらの第三者サービスが仕様を変更した場合、一部またはすべての機能が一時的に動作しなくなる可能性があります。
- 本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
- 本アプリは、Instagram・YouTube・X・Facebookの利用規約に基づくサービスの利用を前提としています。各サービスの利用規約に違反する行為を助長するものではありません。
5. 知的財産
Instagram、YouTube、X、Facebook はそれぞれ Meta Platforms, Inc.、Google LLC、X Corp. の商標です。本アプリはこれらの企業とは一切関係がなく、これらの企業による承認・提携を受けたものではありません。
6. 利用規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更があった場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新します。重大な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または App Store / Google Play の説明を通じてお知らせします。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using SocialMediaIsMine ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to both the App Store edition (iOS / iPadOS) and the Google Play edition (Android).
2. Service Description
The App displays the web versions of Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook within a dedicated browser and provides feed filtering features through CSS and JavaScript. Key features include:
- Instagram: Showing the Following feed, hiding Reels navigation, hiding Explore recommendations
- YouTube: Hiding Shorts videos, hiding Shorts tab, hiding community posts
- Facebook: Automatic navigation to a filtered feed showing only posts from friends and followed accounts
- X: Showing the Following timeline, hiding the For You tab, hiding Trends, hiding X Premium promotions
3. Subscriptions
The App is offered as a subscription (monthly plan).
- Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account for the App Store edition, and to your Google account for the Google Play edition. Renewal charges are billed within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management & Cancellation: After purchase, subscriptions can be managed and canceled from the App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or, for the Google Play edition, from the Google Play Store app (Menu → Subscriptions).
- Free Trial Forfeiture: Any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
4. Disclaimers
- The App relies on the website structure of Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook to function. If these third-party services change their specifications, some or all features may temporarily stop working.
- The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
- The App assumes use of Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook in accordance with their respective terms of service. It is not intended to facilitate any violation of those terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, and X Corp., respectively. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated without notice. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or the App Store / Google Play description.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
